I just called for details about protocol around making food for someone with celiac disease. I got a very helpful and patient person on the other end of the phone line. He assured me that they have safe practices in place for someone with serious good for allergies. It is such a relief to call ahead and hear someone who knows what they’re talking about when it comes to celiac disease.
